  • Trademark application (state fee, one class): 90 EUR.
  • Additional fee for each subsequent class: 30 EUR.
  • Registration certificate (state fee, payment after decision): 95 EUR.

Trademark Search Analysis:

  • It is possible to order a detailed trademark search analysis, conducted by a professional patent attorney.
  • This service is not included in the basic price and must be specified separately if needed.
  • The basic service does not include preliminary research, prior rights search, or evaluation of compliance with legal requirements.

Warning about Potential Risks:

  • After submitting documents to the registry, additional responses to objections, comments, or claims may be required. These services are not included in the initial costs.
  • Preparation and submission of documentation do not guarantee approval of the trademark registration or that the full originally submitted classification description will be approved.
  • Once the application is submitted, it is no longer possible to amend the classification list.
  • Opposition procedures against the filed trademark may lead to additional costs and financial losses.
